Andrew Kiluk,

MD, FAAP

Dr. Kiluk is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. He has been practicing pediatrics for over 30 years. He is a graduate of the University of Miami in Florida. He received his medical degree at the University of Virginia. He completed his pediatric residency at Columbus Children's Hospital at Ohio State University. He is the father of 5 children & has been a Carteret County resident for over 17 years. Out of office, he enjoys running, reading, & hiking in the Appalachian mountains.

Allie Hotchkiss,

DNP, FNP-C

Allie received her Bachelor's in Nursing from Stony Brook University in New York. She worked as a nurse in Pediatric orthopedics & trauma and Pediatric hematology & oncology in Northern Virginia. She moved to NC to escape the city and worked in general pediatrics, postpartum, and newborn nursery at Carteret Health Care while attending graduate school. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from East Carolina University in 2023 and is an AANP board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Most of her free time is spent outdoors, whether at the beach, hiking, or running. She & her husband also love to travel together, locally & around the world.

Kyndall Horne, PMHNP-C

Kyndall attended East Carolina University, & received her BSN in 2009; she then began her nursing career in the Behavioral Health Unit in Greenville, NC. Kyndall worked in mental health for 3 years & has experience working in other areas of nursing including medical-surgical & oncology. Kyndall received her Master’s in psychiatric & mental health nursing from Maryville University in Missouri & was board certified in the Fall of 2021.

Sheri Rose,

RN, CPN, CLC

Sheri is Oceanside Pediatrics' amazing office manager! She is a RN of 27 years, with 22 of those years in Pediatrics. Out of office, she enjoys reading, crafting, tap & ballet dancing, & soaking up sunshine. Sheri is a mother of 3 kids & 3 cats.
